Annual scholarships awarded 2023

It was our pleasure to continue to honor Megan’s legacy by awarding scholarships to 3 deserving graduates of the FTHS class of 2023 who fulfill the philanthropic spirit of Megan through empowering organizations, students and educators who carry out an unwavering compassion for others, commitment to community involvement and a dedication to academic excellence.

A $500 Scholarship in the amount of $500.00 is awarded to Camryn Bartone, a member of the Global Studies program who took part in community service organizations including Cookies for a Cause and the Blessing Bag Brigade where she served as Treasurer. 

 

A $1500.00 scholarship was awarded to Max Druckman,  a dedicated student who spent a lot of time raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, notably, as a Team Captain, where he was able to lead his team into raising more than $125,000 for the Society .   

 A $3000 scholarship in the amount of $3000.00 was awarded to Logan Feldman who chose to be involved  in numerous community and service programs to benefit others, Including the FTHS Dance for the Kids to benefit the Embrace Kids Foundation, where she served as Executive Director, Project Lundy, Make A Wish Foundation and many more.  What stood out for our Foundation was her ability to be a leader in numerous programs, always striving to succeed in supporting others.
