Chemo Bag Support

Michele and Stu were on their way to Connecticut for a wedding.  After the plane landed and arrived at the gate, Stu overheard a women on the phone talking about how she only needed to get "a few more Chemo bags sponsored" to reach her goal.  Curious, they asked her for more information. Here is a excerpt from Christy Baldwin's email describing what she was trying to achieve:

To prepare for the holidays, I want to do a project to honor my
brother who lost his life to Cancer!  This would have been Christmas #38
for my brother so I’d like to try to get at least 38 bags to take to the James
Cancer Center at the OSU Wexner Medical Hospital in Columbus, OH!

It didn't take long for the Foundation to offer our support of such a great cause that would support and show compassion for others.  We sponsored the remaining 9 Chemo bags and added an additional $250 to help Christy buy the blankets, notebooks, pens, tissues, mints, word search books,  decks of cards and chapsticks that she included with each bag.

We are honored to be able to support such a great cause.
